 Does Layered Cosmetics have an affiliate program?

-Yes, we currently do offer an affiliate program. You would have to go on our website and at the top menu bar you will see "Affiliate" click on that tab and start creating your affiliate account. Make sure to share your affiliate code and affiliate link with your followers to make money! 

-At the end of the month we will send you an email regarding how much you have made with your link and we will send you your commission with paypal. 

-When you create an account go to "Settings" scroll down and you will see a section "Payment Settings" click on "Set Up" and then it will direct you to the payment page. There will be a tab "Payment Mode" and click Paypal (make sure to already have a paypal account registered and use that paypal email. Enter your paypal email address and click save! You are all set, then you can go back any time on our website to login your affiliate link and see your referrals and how much you have made. Layered Cosmetics offers 10% commission for affiliates.

 

What is Afterpay? Is it Safe?

-Afterpay is a a easy service which will let you make a purchase through our website with eligible orders over $35-$1000 with 4 easy payments NO interest and you need to pay 25% of the order right away and after you will continue 4 easy payments due within 6 weeks of purchase. You will receive a confirmation right away and get your products shipping out ASAP! Yes Afterpay and Layered Cosmetics are safe and we product the buyers info and purchase! If I make a purchase with Afterpay do I have to wait to receive my products after I full finish paying them?

-After you make your purchase Layered Cosmetics will send you an email with your confirmation # and you will receive another email within 1-3 business days with your tracking number! You receive your products within 1 week from purchase.

 

Is Afterpay available with orders outside the United States?

-Please visit https://www.afterpay.com to see if your country is eligible for Afterpay.

 

Can I return my order?

-Unfortunately all products are final sale.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

-YES. We offer free shipping for U.S. orders $30 or more. This is only available for United States. We also offer free shipping over $80 or more after coupon codes for international customers.

 

Why is my coupon code not working?

-Please make sure it is not on caps lock. Coupon codes do not apply on limited edition items.

 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

-YES. We provide free shipping after $80 or more and any orders that do not meet the price point will have to pay a calculated shipping fee.

 

After I placed my order how long will it take for me to receive my package?

-When you place your order processing takes about 2-4 business days and (does not include weekends or holidays) and shipping takes about 2-4 business days.

 

I have not received my tracking number after 2-4 business days after I purchased my order?

-When your order is processed and already shipped we will provide you with the tracking number if not please contact us with your order number and we will answer back as soon as we can. Thank you.

 

My item has arrived damaged, could you send me another one?

-Layered Cosmetics understands you may have received your package damaged due to transit. Please email us your order number and a picture of your damaged product to orders@layeredcosmetics.com 

 

How many times could I reuse my false eyelashes?

-Please note our Faux Mink Lashes are handmade with care and will last up to 15-20 wears (if cleaned correctly).

 

How do I cancel my order?

-Note: If we have not shipped your order we will be able to cancel it, after it has been shipped we can not cancel. If you decide to cancel your order right after you purchased it, you will be charged a 25% fee of the total transaction.

 

I purchased the wrong item how can I cancel it and reorder the one that I want?

-Please email us your order number and let us know which products are the ones you need to be taken out or added. You will not be charged for the items you do not want. Email us orders@layeredcosmetics.com

 

My item has been lost or stolen.

-Layered Cosmetics is not responsible for your damaged, lost, or stolen items.

 

When will you restock an item that has been sold out?

Does Layered Cosmetics offer a PRO discount?

-We currently do not offer a PRO discount.

 

Why does my order require signature?

-If an order is over $70, Layered Cosmetics protects the buyers purchase.
