Returns/Exchanges

At Layered Cosmetics our goal is to have customers satisfied with their order and we believe your shopping experience should be an enjoyable experience. Therefore, we will gladly accept exchanges if our team members did not package the product you have ordered within 14 days from the date the package is delivered. The item must have original tags and must be returned uncut, unused, and undamaged. If the return item does not meet policy, they will be returned back to the customer. For exchanges/store credit please email info@layeredcosmetics.com and we will gladly provide details for the return. Once the item has been inspected you will receive a follow up email for the exchange/store credit. For the process to be faster please email us at info@layeredcosmetics.com with a picture of your product. All items are final sale.
